Engineering
Feasibility study: No major project today is started without
an extensive study of the objective and without preliminary studies of
possible plans leading to a recommended scheme, perhaps with
alternatives.
Site
investigation: A preliminary site investigation is part of
the feasibility study, but once a plan has been adopted a more
extensive investigation is usually imperative. Money spent in a
rigorous study of ground and substructure may save large sums later in
remedial works or in changes made necessary in constructional methods.
FEED:
Front End Engineering Design affects 60 - 70% of the plant
construction cost. Combit has complete understanding of client
requirements to fully consider alternative plant construction cost,
safety and operation cost.

Plant Maintenance
Plant
maintenance & refurbishment:
Our on-site maintenance capabilities include the overhaul of plant
such as pumps, tanks, valves, mixers, hydraulic equipment and flange
joints. All on-site work is carried out by experienced personnel
holding safety passports.
Refurbishing of pumps:
Pumps are the core of your fluid transfer processes. Combit
understands the importance of keeping them in perfect working
condition. We refurbish any model of industrial pump that has been
exposed from wear, corrosion or chemical attacks with high tech
composite materials. In our top modern dedicated workshops, each item
receives the treatment of experienced craftsmen and technicians. All
refurbished units are fully tested and certified before
re-installation. The benefits are lower power consumption and longer
life length of your pumps; hence the total cost of ownership is
reduced substantially. All work and material is according to ISO 9001
and ISO 14001 standards to assure the highest quality and
environmental control of the work.
Refurbishing of tanks:
Oil, as a natural resource, and products coming from oil becomes more
scarce and valuable in the future. Based on this perspective, Combit’s
vision is with quality and care to set the standards of tank condition
that will add to a sustainable development. As all companies’ needs to
comply with increasing health, safety and environmental requirements
there is a natural need to look after your storage or process tanks,
while simultaneously focusing on cost-effectiveness. With mobile spray
equipments we cover tanks and concrete retaining walls with high
technology composite material. The spray equipments are designed to
cover large jobs in short time.
